HEY, IT'S SO NICE TO MEET YOU!
My name is Susanna Kennedy (formerly Kim) & my introduction is pretty simple.
01: I'm a lover of Christ & everything about susiekimphoto is for His glory. Nothing I have or do could be done apart from Him, and I consider myself extremely blessed to be able to capture people's most precious moments for a living.
02: This past March I married the wonderfully goofy (and hot) Connor Kennedy, and I couldn't do any of this without his unwavering support. He's my best friend, and I couldn't imagine life without him.
03: I'm an extroverted-introvert, which means I absolutely LOVE meeting and celebrating you! However, that also means that I could spend a good 3 hours sitting on my couch alone staring at absolutely nothing.
04: I have a ton of hobbies! I love music and I play the guitar, piano, and sing. I also am a rip-off Joanna Gaines (if you ever need help decorating, I got you), professional Target customer, amateur painter, and I would LOVE to get to know you.
HOW IT STARTED & HOW IT'S GOING
I’ve been doing photography for about 7 years now! I started out photographing events at my church, and from there I gravitated towards smaller-scale shoots because they gave me a better opportunity to connect with each person. Since then I’ve done every thing from family, maternity, grads, and personal branding sessions. But, within the last 2 years I’ve fallen in love with weddings. Being able to walk with a couple through their entire engagement season and then witnessing the powerful promises they commit to eachother is by far my favorite!
I love what I do and I'm beyond grateful to get to do it. I've had the opportunity to travel from Virginia to Michigan, New York, Florida, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and I hope the list keeps growing! So if you think we'd be a good fit, hit the button below to get in touch!

DO YOU TRAVEL?
YES! It would be an honor to travel to wherever you are. If travel is over 50 miles from Roswell, GA (roundtrip), fees may apply and depend on the exact distance as well as lodging accommodations. For more specifics, fill out the form under the "contact" tab and I'd love to figure out the best package for you!
ALSO, I have several bucket-list places that I've been dying to go to. If your session is in one of those places, I'll shoot for FREE (you'll just have to cover all travel expenses). Hawaii, Greece, New Zealand, Utah Salt Flats, The Grand Canyon, Prince Edward Island, and Iceland.
WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE?
I primarily shoot with a Canon R6 (mirrorless) paired either a Sigma 35mm lens or a Canon 28-70mm lens!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PHOTOS BACK?
It depends on the session! For weddings, I promise a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours and a full gallery within 5-6 weeks. For hour long sessions, a sneak peek gallery can be expected within 24-48 hours and a full gallery within 3-4 weeks.
It really depends on what season of life I'm in, but my promise to you is to quality! I want to do my absolute best work on each gallery so that you and your loved ones will cherish the photos forever.
